As soon as the thermostat drops or increases a few degrees, many people get sick. It is very important to strengthen your immune system before a change of seasons. Here are a few tips and tricks to prepare your immune system for this time of year so you can fully enjoy every season.

7. Lemon juice

Take on the change of seasons with lemon juice. The benefits of lemons are endless: citric acid, calcium, magnesium and vitamin C. These components help strengthen the body and fight infections. Before you eat anything, you should add lemon juice to a glass of lukewarm water every morning to help strengthen your immune system.

If your throat hurts and you have a swollen ganglion, ease the pain mix in some honey in a glass of hot milk.
